1 Corinthians 11:17-34

Paul’s teaching on the Lord’s Supper shows that the church should celebrate it in a way consistent with its meaning, proclaiming the Gospel. We can’t be a place of self-indulgence, for this is contrary to the meaning of the Cross and Jesus' life of self-denial.
