The Lordship of Christ and The Necessity of Christian Education

Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people, but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 19:13-14 ESV)

Our culture has abandoned its Christian foundations and it has led to ruins, and unless we get our children out of unchristian environments we are leaving them amidst the rubble. We must recognize the need for Christian education as we lead them to the Cross and Christ.
