Exodus 11:1-10

Good leaders produce blessings, and bad leaders produce cursing. Why? Because God has established headship as a natural law of creation. We see this evident in the plagues, as Pharaoh’s stubborn rebellion resulted in the widespread suffering of a nation. This points us ultimately back to Adam and shows us that through one man, humanity fell under the curse of sin. But God, in His sovereignty, sent Christ, the true and better Adam, head and firstborn, to be struck by God, which resulted in the salvation of many.
